The Notary Office Joanna Krasinska is offering a wide range of professional notary services for individual customers, companies and institutions.
The scope of notarial services is described in Article 79 of the Law of 14 February 1991, The Notaries Act.
Notaries shall provide the following services:
- draw up of notaries acts
- notaries attestations
- protests of bills and cheques
- serves declarations
- extracts, duplicates and abstracts of documents
- makes records (reports)
- takes into custody documents, money and securities
- drawing up deeds of certification of inheritance.
